During January 16 to 18, 2025, Synergy Hanil Group 2025 “Digital Intelligent, Maintain Ingenuity, Break New Ground” strategic conference was held in Anhui Wuwei factory Building E. Alan Wei, the company CEO, Gorden Wei, Vice President, management teams from group headquarters, main leaders from Tianjin, Suzhou, Huizhou, Wuhu, Singapore, Penang of Malaysia, Bac Ninh of Vietnam, Shenzhen, Shanghai attended the meeting.

On January 15, participants from each location arrived in Wuwei. Firstly, the participants visited the completed phase I plant and phase II plant under construction (Material R&D Center). Whereafter, the team members visited the Wuwei museum to better understanding of the history and culture of Wuwei city.

Chairman Alan Wei first reviewed the group’s business operations in 2024, affirmed the various achievements made by the group, and clarified the group’s business development goals for 2025, carefully deploying business strategies. At the same time, a strategic layout has been made for the development direction and goals of the group in 2030.

The functional divisions of the Group’s headquarters and operations each region have respectively summarized and reported the achievement and existing problems of the 2024 business goals. Proposed the business budget goals, decomposed business indicators and functional objectives, and put forward relevant achievement and action plan in 2025.

The conference analyzed and discussed the current and future development situation and trends of domestic and international markets, with a focus on the group’s 5-3-1 year development goals, precise market development positioning and sales breakthroughs for strategic customers, coordination and implementation of major project group R&D centers, promotion of group automation production, planning for the construction of Wuwei factory phase II and overseas factories, cultivation and integration of overseas factories, release and exchange of lean production achievements, progress and issues in group digitization construction, implementation and promotion of group ESG. Special discussions were held on multiple topics.

Consensus has been reached on the main issues on the agenda, and the next steps have been clarified.

The successful holding of this strategic conference not only provided all team members with a deeper and more comprehensive understanding and recognition of the group’s development strategy and goals, but also laid a solid foundation for the group’s future sustainable development, Inspiring more confidence and motivation into the group’s stable and continuous growth in the future.

On the evening of 18th, the participants attended the theme dinner named “Thanksgiving Inheritance 2025 Annual Ceremony” jointly held by the group and Wuhu Company. Everyone gathered together to celebrate the Spring Festiva.
