On January 6-7 2023, Synergy Hanil Group’s FY2023 business strategy meeting themed “Celebrating our 20th Anniversary and Join Hands for a Shared Future” was held in the form of video connection, with the main venue located in Suzhou Branch. Chairman Wei Fengpin, Vice President Wei Junfeng, key leaders, managers and officials from the Group Headquarters, Tianjin Branch, Suzhou Branch, Huizhou Branch, Wuhu Branch and Penang Branch, as well as our sales divisions in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Tokyo, and Los Angeles attended the meeting.

During the meeting, we analyzed and specified the strategic direction and business strategy of Synergy Hanil under the current complex domestic and international market environment. We determine the Group’s development objectives and key tasks for 2023, Thus setting the main business indicators for the Group and each branch for 2023.

We also communicated and explored the strategic plan for the Group’s management reforms and sustainable development with the 20th anniversary as a new starting point.

Throughout the two-day meeting, new directions were made for resource optimization with integration, lean production planning, rapid enhancement of various technologies and automation levels. The meeting was a complete success, with all expectations achieved.
